Stanford Medicine is inviting you to join the MyHeart Counts study, aimed at enhancing our understanding of heart health. The MyHeart Counts app serves as a personalized tool to measure your daily activity, fitness levels, and cardiovascular risk. It not only helps you gain insights into your own heart health but also contributes to the global efforts to maintain healthy hearts. Through continuous activity monitoring and personalized feedback, our objective is to empower individuals with knowledge about their health for improved well-being. Furthermore, we may request your participation in testing different approaches to enhance physical activity, aiding us in understanding the potential role of mobile apps in preventing heart disease.
